Joshua Upshaw

CEO

Joshua is a cognitive neuroscientist and Doctoral Candidate in Experimental Psychology at the University of Arkansas, and is the co-founder and CEO of Hidalga Technologies LLC. He leads strategic operations to develop innovative tech solutions that enhance efficiency and streamline healthcare workflows using advanced learning models. His work focuses on leveraging machine learning to improve lives and drive individual, organizational, and societal growth.

Jeejo Pallayi

CITO

With 25 years in technology strategy and development, Jeejo leads Hidalga Technologies' engineering team. His expertise spans web applications, embedded systems, and cybersecurity, with significant experience in healthcare technology.
As Lead Engineer, Jeejo directs product development and establishes project priorities based on client needs. He ensures all technological solutions remain scalable and secure while advancing our mission to improve patient time-to-treatment through innovative healthcare technology.

Sankalp Pandey

Engineer

Sankalp is a Computer Science Honors student at the University of Arkansas, has experience in software development through internships and research, including EEG-memory deep learning projects. At Hidalga, he contributes to front-end development, UI design, performance optimization, and user experience enhancements. As a Software Engineering Intern, he also supports API integration and automates workflows with CI/CD pipelines to improve project delivery.

Amitkumar Patil

Engineer

Amit is a senior at the University of Arkansas, majoring in Data Science with a concentration in Business Data Analytics. He specializes in data cleaning, exploratory analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning. Drawn to Hidalga Technologies’ mission to save lives and improve care by streamlining healthcare processes, Amit contributes his skills to advance innovative solutions that reduce errors and accelerate workflows.

Grace Schmidt

Engineer

Grace is a software developer and honors student at the University of Arkansas, pursuing a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics and Data Analytics. Skilled in technical development and medical coding, she has applied her expertise to innovative healthcare technology.
